SC – Equity Guidelines
On 20 December 2024, the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) revised the Equity Guidelines which superseded the Guidelines issued on 13 December 2023. The requirements set out in the revised Equity Guidelines represent the minimum standards that have to be met by an applicant embarking on proposals.
