Reminder to Submit BNM DCR 2024
Dear Members,
Further to our announcement released on 3 October 2024 relating to the submission of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Data and Compliance Report (DCR) 2024, the Institute wishes to remind members who are reporting institutions (RIs) to submit the DCR by the deadline of 15 January 2025.
Currently, the submission rate remains low. Please be reminded that enforcement action may be taken for non-submission by the deadline, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA), the Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA), or the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA), where applicable.
