MBRS Updated FAQs |

On 26 September 2024, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) issued the updated frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS). The MBRS 2.0 has been successfully upgraded and is operational with effect from 25 September 2024. Members are advised to download the MBRS Preparation Tool 2.0 (mTool 2.0) and upload their SSM PC via User Management before submitting any filings via the MBRS 2.0 Portal. Please obtain the mTool 2.0 Installer and refer to the mTool 2.0 Installation Guide on the SSM Website at https://www.ssm.com.my/Pages/Services/Other-Services/MBRS.aspx. On 27 September 2024, SSM issued a notice stating that the following systems maintenance will be carried out on Saturday, 28 September 2024 and will resume operation thereafter. During the maintenance process, the following systems will not be operating normally:
