LHDNM – e-CP22 Enhancement and e-SPC New Function

Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) issued the following announcements:

1.	e-CP22 Enhancement
On 7 September 2024, LHDNM issued a notice on the following e-CP22 enhancement (Notification Form By Employer For New Employee): The employer or the employer's representative is allowed to submit data in batches provided they refer to the attachment related to the information layout and the latest excel format in MyTax. The function took effect on 19 June 2024 Submission through TAeF system (Tax Agent e-Filing) is allowed either by data input or by uploading data in batches. The function took effect on 1 August 2024. Batch submission must be uploaded using the txt.file format and the size should not exceed 6MB Please click here for further details
2.	e-SPC New Function
On 9 September 2024, LHDNM issued a notice stating that the e-SPC (Tax Clearance Letter) function had been improvised to ensure the confidentiality of taxpayer and employer information. The new function took effect on 1 September 2024. Please click here for further details.
