SC issued revised Guidelines on Compliance Function for Fund Management Companies which superseded the Guidelines issued on 28 November 2022. The Guidelines set out requirements to be complied with by any person intending to establish or carry out portfolio fund management activities in Malaysia.

SC issued Guidelines on Electronic Contract Notes which superseded the Guidelines issued on 18 November 2008. The Guidelines set out the requirements for Capital Markets Services Licence (CMSL) holders who undertake dealing in securities, trading in futures contracts, and who intend to issue and deliver electronic contract notes.
