LHDNM – FAQS on Global Minimum Tax & Opening of MyInvois Portal

Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) issued the following announcements:

1.	FAQS on Global Minimum Tax
On 28 June 2024, LHDNM issued frequently asked questions on the implementation of the Global Minimum Tax (GMT) in Malaysia. Please click here for the FAQs.
2.	Opening of MyInvois Portal
On 29 June 2024, LHDNM issued a media release stating that taxpayers especially Phase 1 taxpayers who will mandatorily use the e-Invois on a regular basis starting from 1 August 2024, can now access the MyInvois Portal for the purpose of issuance and delivery of e-Invoices. Taxpayers can submit e-Invoices to HASiL through the following two (2) methods: Application Programming Interface (API) integration (for companies that have their own software system); and The MyInvois portal which can be accessed for free at https://mytax.hasil.gov.my.
