Further to our announcement released on 16 May 2024 relating to the updated Form for Application for Registration of Foreign Company (Section 562) by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), SSM had on 17 May 2024 issued a further revised Section 562 Form by requiring to provide details of beneficial owner in a separate sheet.
