LHDNM - e-Invoicing General Guidelines
Further to our announcement released on 25 May 2023 relating to the implementation of e-Invoicing, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) had on 21 July 2023 issued a Media Release stating that the e-Invoicing General Guidelines (General Guidelines) have been uploaded to HASiL's Official Portal as a reference and guide for taxpayers. The General Guidelines cover the following scopes:

e-Invoicing implementation timeline; |
|
3. |
the process of issuing and submitting e-invoices to HASiL; |
|
4. |
taxpayer readiness assessment guide; and |
|
5. |
specifications of the required data fields. |
Taxpayers can access and download the General Guidelines and frequently asked questions (FAQ) through https://www.hasil.gov.my/e-invois/.
