Federal Legislation - Statutory Declarations (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2023
On 13 January 2023, the Federal Government gazetted the Statutory Declarations (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2023 which takes effect on 16 January 2023 by amending paragraph 2 of the Statutory Declarations (Fees) Order 1968 [P.U. 506/1968] and substituting the words “RM4.00” and “RM2.00” with “RM10.00”, respectively.
