LHDNM - Application and Fee for Stamping of Individual Documents Fully Online

On 23 April 2022, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDNM) announced that starting from 27 April 2022 all applications and fees for stamping individual documents will be fully online through the Stamp Portal Assessment and Payment System (STAMPS). Taxpayers may register STAMPS User ID, application for assessment and payment stamp duty online through the STAMPS portal at the link https://stamps.hasil.gov.my without having to go to the stamp duty counters. Upon successful payment, taxpayers are required to download, print, and attach the Stamp Certificate to the original agreement as proof that stamp duty has been paid.
