Renewal Form
Students may access and complete the ONLINE renewal form of studentship available on the MAICSA Interactive. You will still need to print out and submit the hardcopies of the form, together with payment, to the Secretariat.
Alternatively, you may download a copy of the offline renewal form for completion and submission together with payment to the Secretariat. Photocopies of the form are acceptable.
