Application Form to conduct Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP)
Higher Educational Institutions that wish to conduct the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) are advised to submit the ONLINE application form available in the MAICSA website or download a copy of the offline application form and forward the hardcopy of the form to the Secretariat for assessment.
