Complaint Form Against Member
Members may access and complete the online Complaint Form Against Member by clicking here. You will still need to print out and submit the hardcopies of the form, together with the payment, to the Secretariat.
Alternatively, you may download a copy of the offline complaint form for completion and submission together with payment to the Secretariat. Any queries on this matter can be addressed to complaints@maicsa.org.my.
