2025 CSIA Global Governance Awards
Dear Members,
The CSIA Global Governance Awards event is a prestigious international awards event, established to recognise the outstanding contributions of Corporate Secretaries, governance professionals and organisations in advancing excellence in governance over the past year.
Following the successful inaugural event held in Malaysia in 2024, kindly hosted by MAICSA, the 2025 CSIA Global Governance Awards will be held in New Delhi, India, on the 5th of August 2025.
This year, in addition to the individual categories, CSIA is pleased to introduce three new award categories, open for corporate participation. As valued members of MAICSA, your organisations are eligible to submit nominations and compete for recognition at this prestigious international platform. There is no participation fee.

Recognising exceptional leadership and a steadfast commitment to governance excellence in listed companies. |

Excellence in Governance – Unlisted Companies
Honouring exemplary governance practices and leadership in unlisted entities. |

Excellence in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
Acknowledging distinguished leadership and innovation in ESG performance. |
All nominations will be assessed by a distinguished panel of independent experts and thought leaders in the field of corporate governance.
Submission deadline is 30 April 2025. We warmly encourage your participation in this global celebration of governance excellence.

MAICSA Intensive Revision Seminars for June 2025 Examination
The Institute will be organising Intensive Revision Seminars for the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) for four subjects Corporate Governance, Interpreting Financial and Accounting Information, Company Secretarial Practice, and Boardroom Dynamics in order to assist students, who have registered for the subjects in the June 2025 examination, to prepare for the examinations.
