Department: Training Division
Reporting To: Assistant Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in handling administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions and conference, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining training databases and records.
- Support logistical aspects of training programmes and conference, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, materials preparation, and ensuring all necessary resources are available for training sessions.
- Coordinate with participants regarding training schedules, enrolment, confirmations, reminders, and providing necessary information about training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and other administrative documentation. Prepare reports as required by the department.
- Assist trainers, instructors, and other team members by providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting in any necessary support functions.
- Assist in managing and replenishing training materials, supplies, and resources to ensure they are available as needed for training programmes and conference.
- Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and guidelines related to training operations and administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Management or related field.
- Fresh graduate or minimum 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, event management, or professional education (preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, Teams) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
