- Delegates will be given the conference tag during registration.
- Delegates are required to wear the conference tag at all times during the 2-days conference. Only delegates with conference tag will be allowed into the conference halls, exhibition show and lunch hall.

- The Access Link will be emailed at least TWO (2) days before the Conference
- The Access Link will be issued to delegates with Full Payment OR confirmed registration.
- The Access Link is unique and shall not be forwarded/shared with others.

| Verification of Attendance |
- All delegates are required to present a photo identification (NRIC/driving license) at the registration counter prior to the issuance of the conference tag.
- Admittance may be denied upon failure to present photo identification.

- Attendance will be recorded based on delegates online duration on the platform from 9:00am-5:15pm on both Conference days.

- Physical conference delegates must be present physically at the conference venue i.e. The Vertical, Connexion Conference & Event Centre, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur
- Access to the Virtual Platform WILL NOT be given to physical conference delegates under any circumstances

- Virtual delegates must attend the conference session virtually via MAICSA Annual Conference Virtual Platforms.
- Virtual delegates are PROHIBITED from attending the Physical Conference at any point of time.
- At any circumstances virtual delegates are found to be presented physically at the conference venue, the Organiser is obliged to charge and demand the physical conference fees from the said delegates.

| Certificate of Attendance and CPD Hours |
Physical delegates of AC 2024 will be entitled to 18 CPD Hours.
- E-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants upon attending the entire duration of the Conference AND receipt of full payment. Delegates may check their E-certificates from this link https://www.maicsa.org.my/re
sources/cpd-training/e-certificate-of-attendancee-confirmation-letter-of-attendance within 5 working days after the Conference.
- For MAICSA members, the CPD hours will be credited into the CPD Tracker System.
- For MAICSA members who are also PC Holder, please contact SSM for the calculation and recognition of CPD Hours for online training held by MAICSA.
- For non MAICSA members, please contact your professional body or regulator for the calculation and recognition of CPD Hours for courses held by MAICSA.

Virtual delegates of AC 2024 will be entitled to 16 CPD Hours.
- E-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants upon attending the entire duration of the Conference AND receipt of full payment. Delegates may check their E-certificates from this link https://www.maicsa.

- Remain logged in at least 75% of the time allocated for the conference.
- For MAICSA members, the CPD hours will be credited into the CPD Tracker System.
- For MAICSA members who are also PC Holder, please contact SSM for the calculation and recognition of CPD Hours for online training held by MAICSA.
- For non MAICSA members, please contact your professional body or regulator for the calculation and recognition of CPD Hours for courses held by MAICSA.

Participant who decides to cancel his/her registration, a cancellation policy shall be applied as follows:

Written cancellation received less than seven (7) days from the date of the event: |

Paid Registration - A refund (less administrative charge of 20%) will be made. |

Unpaid registration will also be liable for 20% administrative charges.

Written cancellation/no show on the day of the conference (physically/virtually):
Paid Registration - No refund will be entertained.

- Participants must attend at least 75% of the total duration of the conference.
- Employer’s obligation:
- To submit the online registration via MAICSA’s website before obtaining the grant approval prior to the conference.
- To notify MAICSA on the Grant ID notification once obtained the HRDCorp approval.
- To settle the balance payment to MAICSA within 14 working days upon receipt of MAICSA’s notification in the event
- only partial claim is approved by HRDC.
- the approved training fee is cancelled by HRDC due to non-compliance on the part of the participant or his/her employer or any valid reasons stipulated by HRDC. MAICSA will provide copy of the original invoice.
- If employer has made payment prior to grant approval, a refund will be made to employer subject to reimbursement received from HRDC.
- To provide required information and/or documents after completion of events for the purpose of HRDC Claim within 5 working days upon receipt of MAICSA’s notification.

Your personal data information may be used for all purposes in relation to the processing of your registration for the webinar(s) organized by MAICSA and to meet statutory obligation but not limited to marketing and promoting other webinars that are offered from time to time. MAICSA may also retain and continue to process your personal data for all intents and purposes unless you request in writing to withdraw your consent to receive any form of communication from MAICSA.

MAICSA reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s) and to cancel the webinar should the circumstance beyond its control arises. MAICSA also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice should it be necessary to do so. MAICSA accepts no responsibility for death, illness, injury, loss, or damage of any property belonging to, or financial loss by any persons attending the webinar, whatever the cause. MAICSA shall not be responsible for any costs, damages or losses incurred by the participant due to the changes and/or cancellation and unconfirmed registration.
