Key responsibilities: |

Lead, track and mentor software developers in developing Institute new and existing web and mobile applications |
 |
Able to interact and work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality deliverables |

Evaluate and adopt new technologies with innovations for Institute or team efficiency improvement |
 |
Assume other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time |

Requirements: |
|
 |
Bachelor degree, professional degree or post graduate diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or any IT equivalent |
 |
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in web and mobile application development, 3 years of which in a managerial and a team led position |
 |
Strong programming skills in Visual Studio.Net (Visual Basic.Net and ASP.Net), ASP, HTML, CSS, Java Script and VB Script programming |
 |
Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and MySQL server application, Crystal Reports and Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage |
 |
Proven track record and hands on experience in handling software development project |
 |
Self motivated, have initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team |

Position: Manager / Assistant Manager, Technical And Research |
|
Key responsibilities: |
|
 |
To conduct research and write papers on company secretarial practice, governance and technical matters |
 |
To represent the Institute at regulatory and ministry dialogues |
 |
To provide advice to members on company secretarial practice, governance and technical issues |
 |
To attend meetings of the Technical and other relevant Committees |
|
Requirements: |
|
 |
ICSA and/or other professional qualification or recognised degree, as appropriate |
 |
Must have at least 10-15 years working experience in company secretarial practice or governance for the position of Manager and at least 5 years working experience in company secretarial practice or governance for the position of assistant manager |
 |
Sound knowledge of legislation and regulations on corporate law |
 |
Management skills to lead and motivate staff |
 |
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to present thoughts clearly and concisely, both written and verbal |
 |
Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages |

Position: Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications |
|
Key responsibilities: |
|
 |
Develop, manage and execute PR and corporate communications plans, campaigns and budgets, with responsibility for the PR and corporate communications functions of the Institute |
 |
Develop and manage media and press relations as well as relations with relevant government agencies, regulatory bodies and educational institutions |
 |
Oversee the publication of the Institute’s journal and other publications, including editorial direction, design, production and distribution |
 |
Assist in the promotion of the Institute, the ICSA qualification and the profession of the Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, including participation at career fairs and exhibitions |
 |
Attend and service meetings of the Editorial Board and other relevant Committees |

Requirements: |

Degree in Corporate Communications or related degree |
 |
At least 5 years experience in PR and corporate communications Management skills to lead and motivate staff |

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present thoughts clearly and concisely, both written and verbal |

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English |
 |
Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision |
