Position: Assistant Company Secretary
Requirements/Job Description:
ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA course
At least 3 years’ working experience in related field
Good in spoken and written English
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all level
Able to handle basic secretarial duties with minimum supervision
Meticulous, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment
To assist the company secretary in attending meetings and all other corporate secretarial duties
To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
To prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns and statutory documents
To attend others ad-hoc assignment as and when required
